Woodcraft by MacDonald was established in 1954 by Frank MacDonald. Today the company is being ran by his son, Brad MacDonald. We have continued to be a leader of innovation, quality workmanship, and timely deliveries. We have many different lines of cabinets to suit every need, both residential and commercial applications. How Our Custom Cabinetry Business All Started

Back in 1954 cabinets were primarily built in the house in place. At that time, Frank was doing trim work and building the cabinets in place. He was a pioneer in this area of plant building cabinets and then going to the house to install. He and his brother Murray worked together and started the business in a small building on Morris Road. In 1965 he built the facility that we are still in today. Brad started working with his father in 1976 and eventually bought the business from him in 1996. We have continued to grow our custom cabinetry business to this day and have some of the most advanced equipment and manufacturing techniques for the area.

Brad is a very hands on owner and has been since taking over the business from his father in 1996. Always puts the customer first and will work tirelessly to make things right.

Donielle started with Woodcraft in May, 2018. She started in the drawer and door department and has moved up to Shop Foreman. She keeps our shop running smoothly, getting the orders out to our customers and installed in a timely manner.

Johnny started with Woodcraft working summers when he was 15 as a cabinet sander. He has worked his way through the shop up to installer and then into the office where he became the Vice President. Johnny handles the majority of the residential cabinet work here at Woodcraft.

Jayne started with Woodcraft in May, 2019. She comes to us with 25 years office and accounting experience. She is responsible for all office procedures and implementation of policies and uses her organizational skills to ensure smooth operations in a busy work environment.

Brian started with us in January 2018 as the shop foreman. He has worked his way up to the Field Coordinator and now works with our customers to help them decide the details of what they’d like their finished product to look like. Also takes care of the customer after the sale.
